We meet with key stakeholders to understand the role and desired business outcome. We review calibration profiles and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the candidate they are looking to engage.
At this stage we will reach out and engage with candidates and conduct pre-screening of those expressing interest in the role.
Your PhD Project Manager will conduct an in-depth interview. Interviews with ECA directors follow - this is where they will assess culture fit and ensure job success potential.
Candidates that have passed all three stages are presented to the client. The process is managed by ECA, including store interviews, introductions, scheduling and feedback.
We conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates and assist with compensation and offer negotiations, ensuring we get your candidate over the line.

Meet the ECA team
Searches are led by a Director, managed day to day by a PhD Manager, and supported by a Research Associate.
The first candidate is presented within 2.5 weeks, and then 1-2 fully vetted candidates per week are presented for the twelve week duration of the search.
ECA stands by the quality of our placements for the long term. If the candidate leaves in the first year, ECA will conduct a replacement search.
