Robert (Robby) is a Senior Director at ECA Partners aligned with the Business Services Practice and co-leads the firm’s CTO/Transformation Leader Center of Excellence. He partners with public and investor-backed service organizations to recruit leaders who drive growth, efficiency, and operational transformation – COOs, CTOs/Transformation leaders, and heads of operations, service delivery, and commercial excellence. Robby brings nearly a decade of executive search experience with global firms and early consulting work. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from George Washington University, and a BS from Georgetown University.

Dan is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and leads the CEO & COO Practices, with deep expertise in Business Services executive search for private-equity–backed companies. A leader in the firm’s Value Creation Practice, he partners with sponsors to recruit senior executives who drive EBITDA, service quality, and scalable operations across BPO, professional, and field services. Before joining ECA, Dan practiced law in Washington State. He holds degrees in Economics from Cambridge, Law from Duke, and a PhD from UC Berkeley.
