Before ECA, he was a research fellow at the National University of Singapore and UCLA. Gustav earned a PhD in Sociology & Philosophy from UCLA and was a Fulbright Scholar.

Her work bridges healthcare, life sciences, and industrial technology, where digital tools are reshaping operations and patient outcomes. In addition to her client work, Kay leads ECA’s marketing and branding initiatives. She holds a PhD in Religious and Gender Studies from Indiana University as a Fulbright and Mellon Fellow.

Isheika is a Project Manager at ECA Partners specializing in executive search and consulting talent within the Technology Practice. She partners with private-equity investors and growth companies to recruit transformational leaders in product, engineering, and operations — driving digital innovation and scalable growth. With experience spanning technology, strategy, and manufacturing, Isheika brings a deep understanding of how tech-enabled solutions create enterprise value. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, where her research focused on U.S.–East Asia trade policy.
