His experience spans manufacturing, industrials, and business services, as well as consumer and technology. Steven's network centers on U.S.-based finance executives with proven transaction expertise. He earned a PhD in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Curtis is a Senior Director at ECA Partners and leads the firm's PE Portfolio Operations Practice, partnering with investors and operating teams to drive value creation across their portfolios. He recruits Operating Partners, functional leaders, and commercial operators who accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen execution. With firsthand operating experience in PE, Wealth Management, and FinTech, Curtis brings a practical understanding of portfolio transformation. His work spans GTM, operations, and finance, helping clients align talent strategy with investor objectives.
