As Senior Director at ECA Partners, Olivia leads the Human Capital Practice focused on Consumer & Retail. She partners with consumer brands and retailers to recruit GTM and Strategy executives – C-suite and senior leaders who drive growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Before joining ECA, Olivia earned a PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine, researching military death in late Imperial Russia and teaching “A Global History of Soccer.” She also holds an MA from University College London and a first-class BA from King’s College London.

Madison is an Associate Director at ECA Partners and a member of the firm’s Interim & Consulting Practice. She partners with private-equity investors and consumer and retail companies to deploy interim leaders and consultants who drive growth, operational excellence, and transformation. Her work spans finance, operations, and strategy functions across high-growth and investor-backed environments. Before joining ECA, Madison was part of KPMG’s advisory practice, where she focused on expanding relationships with new and existing clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
