Our client needed an Interim Head of Brand and Content Marketing to guide the organization through a critical period of transition. As the company navigated evolving consumer trends and digital disruption, the interim leader was tasked with overseeing multiple brands, creating cohesive narratives across diverse product lines, and driving impactful campaigns to strengthen market positioning. Responsibilities included developing innovative brand strategies, managing content marketing initiatives, and aligning creative output with overall business objectives. Additionally, the consultant was expected to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, streamline workflows within the creative studio, and ensure brand consistency across global markets.
